Lucas Lee – joined HSF in 2025

Lucas’ great-great-great-grandfather was the first to settle here, and his children are now the seventh generation to grow up in Rhinelander. That enduring legacy gives him a profound connection to Rhinelander and a genuine sense of responsibility to the community.
Lucas grew up surrounded by the values of hard work and service as his family owned Lee’s Painting Service for many years. He carries that into his current role with Oneida County Buildings and Grounds, where he helps maintain several key facilities, including the courthouse, law enforcement center, human services, public health and the ADRC.
Lucas has served as president of the Rhinelander Basketball Association and has coached many youth sports teams over the years.
